Yolanda finds similarities between private practice physiotherapy in South Africa and Canada. Things are basically run the same way. In both countries there is a process to follow to address concerns about patients.

There are several differences in public hospitals in the two countries. In South Africa, a developing country, funding is not available for the latest equipment so physiotherapists make do with what they have. In addition, post-treatment support is more available to patients in Canada than in South Africa.
