Rajesh finds the Canadian workplace more friendly and open than in India. In his home country, there was more of a hierarchy and people weren't as free to mix with their supervisors.
He finds workplace expectations similar in Canada and India and believes that working hard and doing your best is important in any job. Regular production meetings are also common to the workplaces in the two countries.
