Michael sees no job changes in the near future. He sees a lot of work yet to be done and wants to see it through.

His family is also happy here and has found a helpful community and made many friends.

Michael would like to help other immigrant engineers navigate through the system to re-qualify so they don't have to work in other occupations below their level of training.
