(TEXT FROM SOUND BITE)

"The more challenging thing for me was to figure out what people were expecting from me. As a newcomer it's a nice environment but it's a totally different environment. The language is different. The people look different. So everything is different. Even the people are nicer and everybody is smiling. It is different. The language is different. The manuals are different. The standards are different. The practice is a little bit different.

"You need to get used to it and to figure out what people are expecting from you. This is a little bit challenging and you are thinking more in your first days at work, but after that if you are a person that can adjust to new environments, that's okay because as a whole the environment is a good environment."
