In Israel, meetings run very vocally. It's the nature of life there. But here it's different and I had to get used to it. I had to get used to listening more than speaking.

I also need to think twice about what I'm saying here because it's a different environment. In Israel you could say whatever you want but I find here, you need to choose your words right because there are so many people from so many different backgrounds and countries that you need to know what you saying so you don't offend someone.

I think it's a good thing that people think before they say things, which I think is how it should be everywhere, not just in the workplace.
