I use English at work on a daily basis. I spend 25 – 30% of my time on the phone. We have meetings with consultants and clients to discuss projects or we go for site assessments to make sure the contractors understand exactly what is expected.

I have to write reports, fill out forms and communicate by email. I also have to read manuals and be able to understand technical language.
