Ogunmola qualified as an electrical technician in Nigeria where he had studied for three years at technical college. After working in Winnipeg at Kitchen Craft as a machine operator, he enrolled in the Victor Mager Job Re-Entry program. He currently works as a machine winder at Pauwels Canada, a company that produces electrical transformers.
