Kyutack's engineer's licence from Korea was not recognized in Manitoba and he felt it would take too much time to try to upgrade to stay in his profession. He decided to change fields and become a business owner.

Kyutack met with challenges along the way, but he also appreciates the advantages that Manitoba offers to new immigrants.
