Rifat managed the computer department in a meatpacking plant in Bosnia before he immigrated to Canada. His experience in planning and management transferred easily to the Canadian business culture.

Also, his skills of networking and communicating with people made it easier for him to find support here to set up his business.

He does not find any major differences in the business culture of Bosnia and Canada.
