Internationally Educated Engineers Qualification or IEEQ is a one-year pilot program offered by the University of Manitoba in association with APEGM. The program consists of eight months of course work followed by a four-month co-op or internship.

The most important component of IEEQ program is the four month co-op term. The university promotes the program to different companies and that's how I got my current job.
