The diversity in the Canadian workplace is very important. Dealing with different cultures helps in dealing with people, which is a really a good thing for both Canadians as well as immigrants.

There is a lot of diversity at my workplace, Standard Aero. There are other immigrants from India as well as other countries like the Philippines, Poland, and Romania.

It's a real international experience working in this company and also a real representation of the general Canadian population.

People help each other and treat each other professionally. I don't think colour or ethnic background plays any role here.
