Tomasz finds the workplace is quite different in Canada than Poland. In Poland, there is more of a hierarchy in the workplace, where employees don't question the "boss" or supervisor.

Here, people tend to be more relaxed and friendly and helpful to co-workers. The workplace is more diverse, too, as people from many different nationalities live and work in Canada.
